You drop off your damaged media at the nearest partner location. They pack it in protective packaging provided by SOS Data Recovery and ship it to our laboratory in Ins (Anet) within 24 hours. You will receive a free diagnosis within 3 hours of receipt.

How long does data recovery take?

The diagnosis is delivered in less than 3 hours. The actual recovery takes a minimum of 24 hours, depending on the complexity of the failure. A 24/7 emergency service is available for critical cases.

How long does it take to get my media to the lab?

Shipping generally takes less than 24 hours. Upon receipt at our laboratory in Ins, the diagnostic analysis is delivered in less than 3 hours. You will then receive a detailed quote by email.
